These earrings are made of sterling silver and antique buttons.
The buttons have an interesting golf splatter pattern, like when you throw paint on a canvas. Maybe I should name them 'gold splatter earrings' instead.
They are made from recycled sterling silver in my Los Angeles studio by my two hands.
The ear wires are lightly hammered and made from 20 gauge wire. The pair you will get will be made especially for you, so please allow one week for yours to be made. They are oxidized, brushed back and tumbled.
These earrings are 1.5 inches long. The button with the bezel around it is about 3/4 of an inch.
These are part of a limited edition. Since they are made from antique buttons, I can only make a few pairs.
Each pair is handmade, so please allow for slight variations. They are stamped with '925' and 'AKL' on the back.
All items come in a gift box, which is also made of recycled materials.
